Communication is Key: Unlike buying off the rack, custom builds are a collaborative process.
Free Consultation: We start by understanding your riding goals to offer tailored setup recommendations.
Direct Sourcing: We source premium, affordable components directly from China to keep costs low.
Plan Ahead: Due to international shipping, expect a standard lead time of about two months from our first chat to your finished bike.
Shipping Variance: While our standard lead time is typically 2-3 months. Small parts like cockpits and accessories will go through air shipping, which is a lot faster, and expedited air shipping is also available for bigger components like framesets and wheelsets for an additional fee.

Pricing

Individual Components: Prices are CAD MSRP (landed), including shipping, taxes, and duties—no hidden fees.
Price Matching: We aim to beat competitor pricing (like Panda Podium) on individual parts.
Full Custom Builds: Custom builds are priced by quote based on your exact specifications. The best part? You only pay for the components. We provide the expert build labor absolutely free.

Payment Structure: A minimum 50% upfront deposit of the total order price is required to secure your components and initiate the build process.

Warranty & Terms

Manufacturer Warranty: Coverage length and terms for defects are determined by each specific brand's policy.
Crash Replacements: Should the unexpected happen, most of our partnered brands offer generous, discounted crash replacement programs.
Order Cancellations: Standard component orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from China. Once shipped, the sale is final.
Custom Colored Frames: Because frames are ordered specific to your color choice, these are final sale the moment your order is placed with the factory.
Build Guarantee: We stand behind our wrenching. Every full custom build includes a 30-day labor guarantee for free post-build adjustments.
